Abraham Owyang

Owyang play an important role in one of the most difficult phase of the cultural revolution of China in order to enhance the diplomatic relationship between the two countries Japan and China .He actively promoted various departments and Ministry including the Japanese Trade Promotion Committee to visit China.He also drafted and penned letters on behald of the different organization, Foreign Affairs Department, Finance Ministry of the Japanese Government and he also submitted the " Socialistic China Economy Development " proposal which has caused Mr Deng Xiao Ping to start to open up China and revolutionize the political viewpoint of China.
